The VMA is located to the North West of the Haldia Port Complex, in a remote village Rampur presently named Vivekanagar, near Chaitanyapur on Kukurahati Road, and can be reached from Kolkata , West Bengal, India

Chaitanyapur - from kolkata to Raichak by bus (210), Raichak - Kukurahati by vessel and Kukurahati - Mission Asram by bus.s

b) By rail from Howrah to Mecheda station on the Howrah - Kharagpur line.Mecheda to Haldia via Chaitanyapur by Bus and Chaitanyapur to Mission Asram by Rickshawa or on foot.s
